Homemade Cream Cheese
- 1 liter of milk
- 1/2 cup Half cup of milk
- 1/2 cup Half cup of oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Half teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of vinger
- Put the liter of milk and vinger in the saucepan over medium heat until it’s boil , then sieve the milk , The remaining milk in the sieve put it in the mixer and add to them the half cup of milk, milk powder and salt and mix it, Finally add the oil gradually.
- You can add to cream cheese cheddar cheese or chili or olive for flavor it.
