  • In a bowl mix flour, salt and oil with a some water and mix until a dough is formed. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Then spread and place in a flat pan over medium heat until it get golden color from both sides. Cut them into small pieces. In a bowl, mash the bananas and add sugar and ghee, mix and pour in the dough and mix well.
