  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Cheese
  • Carrots


  • In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, milk powder, yeast, oil and water. Use your hands and knead for 10 minutes. Cover it and keep it for 30 minutes. Then shape the dough into a large rectangle. put the cheese and carrot in it and roll it. Cut the dough and put in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
